Hourly support is applicable for most business support situations. Businesses have a tendency to have more complex issues that require more in-depth research and trouble-shooting. Our certified technologists will be able to arrive and provide solutions in a timely manner to get your business up and running again quickly.

Our goal is to provide the right solution the first time and to provide you with the technology expertise that your business deserves. We will recommend as needed other technology solutions to further enhance how your business is using technology to benefit its day-to-day operations.

Consumers, otherwise known as residential clients may have technical issues that make more sense to be charged at an hourly rate as well. This generally applies when they have a laundry list of items to take care of in their home for multiple pieces of technology. Our hourly rates are currently $125 an hour with a one hour minimum for on-site visits.
