What to Expect

WHAT TO EXPECT

With LOJO you work with your own team of dedicated professionals to help guide you through our process from design, to development to site launch.

SCOPE CREATION MEETING

You begin with a scope creation meeting. A LOJO Solutions Engineer meets with you free of charge to find out what your project requirements are and to discover any other special details to build you a proposal estimate. Whether you need a small site to begin marketing your business on the web or a robust full scale e-commerce site complete with back-end management capabilities –our Solutions Engineer will work with you to map out all of the details of a site specifically designed for your business. You will be presented with a custom pricing proposal for you to review and approve. Our Provisional Estimate sheet will include the estimated time for each and every request to be included in your site so you’ll have the ability to make changes, or schedule things in phases if your budget requires. Once you sign-off on the proposal we move into the Design Phase.

DESIGN PHASE

You will now meet with a LOJO Sr. Graphic Designer to come up with a look and feel for your site. You’ll discuss colors, fonts, images, web sites you like and dislike and industry research that will be performed by the designer themselves. A prototype will be created based on this initial meeting for you to review. If there are changes you would like to have made your designer will work with you to fine tune the site’s design. Once you’ve signed off on the look and feel we move into coding and slicing your site for the development phase.

DEVELOPMENT PHASE

When you’re in the development phase you work with a LOJO project manager assigned to your account. The Project Manager is your point of contact for getting your site content from you to the development team. You’ll be provided with a link to our development server where you can view your site’s progress as its being created. Once all the content has been added you’ll do a final review of the site and then give approval to go live.
